Celebrating God’s Love: Our December Mission Highlights

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,
We hope you and your families are doing well. We also hope that 2025 is off to a great start. First, we give all praise and glory to our Father in heaven and to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are so thankful for God’s Love and Grace through Jesus Christ. We also appreciate the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. He has guided and protected us in our mission over the past 7 months. None of this would have been possible without your prayers and support, and for that, we are truly thankful.

Here are some photos of our missions events throughout the month of December 2024.

Prayer Topic

  • We were supposed to bring 50 girls from OSAEC (online sexual abuse and exploitation of children) to a place called Silang, which is about two hours away South of Manila, but since Korea canceled support, Sorok Uni Foundation has decided to bring about 15 – 20 urgent children to another location. We were planning on going to Silang and live with the children there and so we asked Elder Jang if we could start an orphanage in Silang, and he said he would look into the process. Silang already has a dormitory, so there’s no need to build a new one, and the facilities are good.

If it is God’s will, we’ll start with a few children as our finances allow..
We would really, really appreciate it if you could please pray for us.

  • That Carleton continues his theological studies well…
  • We aim to become more spiritually mature. The two of us can always serve each other humbly while relying on each other.
  • Jasmine’s 2nd semester of graduate school starts on January 21. We hope and pray that she doesn’t get tired while working full time and studying..
  • JinJu’s two older sisters will visit us from Korea for a week on January 25. JinJu hopes that she will manage to share the gospel to her sisters, who currently don’t believe …
